The Brigantine PTA is bringing Christmas to the beach with its Christmas in July 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, July 25, 2026. This festive community event is more than just a race—it's an opportunity to support the students, teachers, and staff of Brigantine Community School while enjoying a fun summer morning with family and friends.
From holiday attire and cheerful music to a course filled with community spirit, this event is a great way to get active while giving back to our local schools.

Every registration helps the Brigantine PTA continue its mission of supporting students, teachers, and staff at Brigantine Community School.
Over the past year alone, PTA fundraising has helped provide:

Running of the Reindeer Challenge
Local gym owners/representatives and fitness professionals aka - our "Reindeer"- are putting their speed to the test for a great cause at the Brigantine PTA Christmas in July 5K on Saturday, July 25, 2026!
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
The "Reindeer" start after the official 5K runners, giving everyone a head start.
Their mission? Catch and pass as many registered 5K participants as possible before the finish line!
Supporters pledge a dollar amount for every runner their Reindeer passes.
After the race, each gym's donation total is calculated by multiplying the number of runners passed by the pledged amount.
The gym that raises the most money for the Brigantine PTA will earns ultimate bragging rights and the coveted Running of the Reindeer Trophy until next year's race!
