Brigantine Ugly Sweater Run & Family Frolic
Put on your ugliest sweater and join Green Whales, Inc. for Our Third Annual Ugly Sweater Run & Family Frolic on Saturday, November 29th. With the option to run or walk, this race is a great way for participants of all ages to celebrate Small Business Saturday on our beautiful island of Brigantine, NJ. The event starts and ends at The Brigantine Community Center followed by a celebration at The Cove Bar & Grill with hot cocoa, coffee, desserts & ugly sweater contests for all participants and volunteers at the conclusion of the race.

Green Whales & Greenheads Swim Team Food Drive
From November 1–15, the Green Whale and Greenheads Swim Team are hosting a community food drive to support our neighbors right here in Brigantine.
All donations will go directly to the Brigantine Food Pantry at the Presbyterian Church, helping local families during the holiday season.
What to donate:�Shelf-stable, non-perishable food items (canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, peanut butter, etc.)

Community Giving Drive - Absecon Veterinary
From now through December 21st, Absecon Veterinary Hospital is collecting non-perishable human food, pet food, and Toys for Tots to support families and pets in need this holiday season.
You’ll find our donation boxes in our lobby. We’ll be delivering donations weekly to the local Food Bank, and Toys for Tots will be collected through the holiday.
